Three surfer friends are embarking on an epic 15 kilometers paddling journey from St. John's Point to the Bundoran Boat Quay to support the expansion of Bundoran's beloved Community Centre. The expansion will help to meet the growing needs of our community for years to come by offering a multi-purpose space for a range of activities and community groups by adding new counselling rooms, a sensory room, a meeting room and a function room as well as a lift, which will make the whole building accessible for all.

Conor Maguire, Ryan Allen, and James Garvey are ready to paddle their surfboards across the bay, symbolizing the collective effort to complete the fit out of the Bundoran Community Centre Extension.
The three friends have given themselves a window of May 20th to July 1st for their voyage and will be closely monitoring the weather forecast for a period of calm seas and low winds. They will be accompanied by water safety supervisor Christopher McGloin and his jet ski.
